thoroughly enjoyed almost everything, including staff and location, they were very good. we stayed in a queen room with a personal safe, a satellite tv and ironing facilities. we would return here, the hotel is classic.

comfy beds in the rooms. wonderful local attractions like wawel royal castle were not far from the hotel.
